When I met Lisa and Michael, we instantly hit it off. Lisa has the same high energy as I do and is constantly on the go. The vision for their wedding was classic but warehouse.
For Lisa's personal items, we opted for a mix of dahlias, reflexed roses, cosmos and lisianthus. The three bridesmaids each held a small bouquet of white tulips.
We wanted a long aisle runner for the ceremony that could be repurposed for the reception spaces so we built these floor settings of babys breath and Playa Blanca roses on pine planks which were light and nimble for the venue staff to move post-ceremony.
When it came to the reception, Lisa and Michael didn't want to overdo the long tables so we opted for bud vases mixed with white candles in varying heights to give structure to the tables. In addition to these table accents, we also placed floor arrangements at the ends of the tables facing the dancefloor so that the venue looked beautiful from all angles.
The Wool Mill is one of my favourite venues to decorate with it's overlooking mezzanine level and unreal staff - they truly go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect! If you're looking for a New York-style warehouse that can house a lot of people, look no further!
